Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution and strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients and stay ahead of market trends
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions to drive business growth and client success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • + years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and client satisfaction
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Thai is advantageous
