Offshore Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the design, development, and implementation of offshore boiler systems for oil & gas and marine platforms.


About the Role:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines specific to offshore operations.
  • Manage client relationships, technical proposals, and design approvals.
  • C coordinate with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to support project execution.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Offshore Engineering: Proficient in designing, developing, and implementing offshore boiler systems.
  • Boiler Systems: Knowledge of boiler system design, operation, and maintenance.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Compliance with API, ASME, BS Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Marine & Oil/Gas Knowledge: Understanding of marine and oil/gas industry principles and practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with offshore operations.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a multidisciplinary team.

Required Education:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or a related field is essential.
