Equity Derivatives Trading Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Trading Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing trading activities and managing risks associated with equity derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage trading activities, including monitoring market trends and making informed decisions to optimize trade outcomes.
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equity derivatives, ensuring adherence to risk policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive business growth.
- Develop and participate in innovative trade ideas, exploring opportunities across various products while maintaining a keen focus on risk management.
- Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline(s), or CFA.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in delta one trading, trading technology, or quant strategy.
- Familiarity with delta one products, including single stock swaps, index swaps, and P-notes.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with counterparties both internally and externally.
