About Us

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is a leading start-up in the Innovative Logistics platform space, seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer/Financial Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising & Investment: Develop and implement fundraising strategies, engaging with venture capital (VC) firms, private equity (PE) firms, and other potential investors.
  • Lead capital-raising efforts, including negotiations and managing associated documentation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on organizational financial and operational performance.
  • Develop accurate financial models and projections to support investor pitches, demonstrating growth potential, financial health, and return on investment.
  • Lead discussions on investment terms and conditions, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company's strategic vision and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to fundraising, ensuring capital structure and investment deals align with the company's risk tolerance and financial stability.

Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Create and execute long-term financial strategies that align with business goals.
  • Optimize financial resources through efficient budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
  • Analyze key financial metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage overall financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in senior financial roles, preferably in startups or early-stage companies.
  • Extensive experience in venture capital and working with VC/PE firms.
  • Proven track record of leading successful fundraising efforts for startups.
  • Exceptional financial planning, risk management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align financial planning with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations and international accounting standards.
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or gig economy platforms, with familiarity with the Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is SGD 180,000 - SGD 250,000, depending on experience.
