Asset Management Leader for Railway Systems

As an Asset Management Leader for Railway Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimum performance and quality of our assets. You will work closely with Public Transport Operators and LTA divisions to lead surveys at railway stations and tunnels, develop replacement methodologies, and present findings to management.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Rail Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines. Relevant experience in renewal planning, site coordination, installation works, or E&M services design is preferred.
You must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with professionalism and objectivity. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage various stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead surveys at railway stations and tunnels to ensure asset optimization
- Develop replacement methodologies and associated works required for asset renewal
- Presentation of findings to management and development of renewal programs and costings
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems/Rail Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
- Relevant experience in renewal planning, site coordination, installation works, or E&M services design (preferred)
