About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fault Isolation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering group, you will be responsible for providing full fault isolation and failure analysis support for qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and test failures.

About You:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab processes. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical fail mechanisms
">
  • ">
  • Operate fault isolation equipment to accurately narrow down failure defect locations
">
  • ">
  • Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects
">
  • ">
  • Establish and hypothesize potential electrical or process fail mechanisms based on detailed electrical fail models and physical failure analysis characterization, supporting process improvement
">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science

  • ">
  • Proven experience as a great team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings
