Job Title: Resident Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Resident Bartender to join our team at Raffles Hotel Singapore. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and beverages to our discerning guests.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with our guests, build rapport, and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Bar Operations: Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, stock control, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Resident Mixologist and other team members to ensure seamless service and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant bar experience with similar standing or profile.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of classic and international cocktails, spirits, and hospitality. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic POS management.
  • Certifications: Certified with valid National Environment Agency (Singapore) Basic Food Hygiene Handler.
