About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Cloud Product Department, you will design and deliver tailored cloud solutions using Tencent Cloud Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to design innovative solutions for customers.
  • Communicate technical solution designs to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement integrated cloud solutions addressing industry pain points.
  • Assist in project follow-ups, identifying and mitigating product and service risks during the bidding process.
Channel Support:
  • Provide guidance and training for local channel development on cloud solutions.
  • Support channel sales and presales teams with project follow-ups and delivering standard solutions.
Requirement Tracking:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product managers to align customer requirements with local market needs.
  • Track features from inception to release, providing updates and feedback to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 3 years of experience as an IT architect or in pre-sales/consulting with strong solution architecture and communication skills.
  • Preferably over 3 years of experience as a software developer or in architecture R&D roles, particularly in cloud-related technologies.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
    • Cloud computing IaaS-related architecture and technical implementation.
    • Database-related technologies.
    • IT infrastructure for large customers.
  • Excellent documentation skills with the ability to clearly express architectural intentions.
  • Strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with ISVs/SIs and manage projects.
  • Preference for candidates who have passed Tencent Cloud Certification or hold equivalent qualifications.
Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
