- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure that products and services comply with regulations and standards, including those related to safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Train staff on quality management principles, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas that need improvement.
- Supplier Quality Management: Ensure that suppliers meet quality standards, often by performing supplier audits and fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and address any quality concerns or complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Records Management: Manage all quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
- Leadership and Communication: Lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives and communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and other departments to align quality goals with business objectives.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in quality assurance or equivalent with at least 10 years' relevant experience and Lead Auditor certification. Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years' relevant experience and have conducted Quality Assurance Audits, Incident Investigations, Site Inspections, Risk Assessments, Change Management, etc.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and business skills including written/verbal communication, computer use, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
