We are seeking an expert to join our team as a Senior Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and be able to provide advisory services to customers and third-party contractors.


About the Role:

The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for offering expert advisory services to customers and third-party contractors on existing and newly acquired equipment and components. This includes ensuring that all service work complies with applicable regulations and encouraging strict adherence to safety practices.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the installation and commissioning of equipment and components as needed.
  • Respond to service calls for both preventative and reactive maintenance, performing service and repairs on products and systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, including any delays, issues, deliveries, changes, extras, and any engineering or fabrication errors.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on completed projects, detailing activities performed, faults identified during service, and recommendations for future service improvements.
  • Train customer personnel on equipment maintenance and repair techniques to ensure effective knowledge.
