Product Development Specialist Role

The role of Product Development Specialist is pivotal in designing and developing software applications that cater to our clients' needs. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and creativity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the design and development process by creating elegant, semantic, and easily maintainable code adhering to established design methodologies and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough research and development to explore new technologies and tools, ensuring timely updates with industry trends.
  • Translate functional requirements into application design, prioritizing quality and reliability.
  • Cultivate collaboration with team members to ensure design and program codes meet security guidelines, architecture, and design standards.
  • Manage product deployment, configuration, and support activities, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute ideas for new features and products through participation in R&D/POC, development, maintenance, and execution of product roadmaps.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date product documentation, working closely with QA teams to prepare test cases and automated testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 4 years of software development experience in Web-based applications on Windows, UNIX, or LINUX platforms.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training and mentorship provided.
  • Excellent technical skills, including object-oriented programming experience with Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, or equivalent, with extensive RDBMS through JDBC.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in one or more of the following database servers: MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.
  • Advantageous experience in load testing, performance tuning, penetration testing, CSS, Bootstrap, ReactJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and full stack development.
