Housekeeping Runner Job Opportunity

The Housekeeping Runner is responsible for ensuring the efficient organisation and distribution of clean linen and amenities based on the requirements of both Food & Beverage (F&B) and Rooms within the premises.

This role requires ensuring timely completion of all guest's requests. The ideal candidate will have a primary school education and strong interpersonal skills with multi-cultural awareness, as well as experience in housekeeping or related field.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensures seamless operations of both F&B and Rooms sections by performing all tasks in adherence with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Conducts quality checks on clean linen received and issues clean linen to outlets, banquets, and spa upon exchange of soiled linen and as per outlet's requisition.
  • Records linen transaction in allocated linen record books and highlights any shortages to Laundry Manager.
  • Prepares outgoing F&B and Rooms linen for outsource laundry company and delivers clean linen to Housekeeping pantries.

  • Ensures service standards and individual performances are aligned with Accor Values - Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect.
  • Fulfils sustainable procedures and practices that support Accor's Corporate Social Responsibility program.
  • Maintains assigned work areas in pristine condition throughout and at the end of shift.
