Job Title: Senior Test Engineering Manager

This is a senior leadership role within the test engineering team, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of testing strategies across multiple product lines.

  • Lead a team of engineers:
    • Ensure smooth operation of testing activities
    • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Analyze issues and implement solutions:
    • Identify and track online/offline issues
    • Enhance testing strategies and product quality
  • Develop talent within the team:
    • Provide training and guidance
    • Strengthen skills and knowledge of team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders:
    • Work closely with customers
    • Develop and implement test programs
  • Provide technical direction:
    • Offer expertise on process enhancements
    • Support introduction of new projects
  • Support operational excellence:
    • Assist in resolving and improving technical or process-related production issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives:
    • Actively participate in Kaizen initiatives
  • Participate in compliance activities:
    • Contribute to ISO and RBA compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Education and qualifications:
    • Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience and background:
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments
  • Key skills and competencies:
    • Skilled in multitasking with ability to meet deadlines
    • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and concepts
    • Knowledge of programming and debugging techniques
    • Proficiency in SAP and Linux
