Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored learning strategies to enable workforce capability, high performance, and career growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and identify capability gaps.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead the deployment of learning programs and ensure contextual relevance and business fit.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement consistent standards and practices.
  • Track and evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact metrics.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement innovative learning solutions that meet our business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a proven track record in instructional design, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They should also be agile, results-oriented, and collaborative in their approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in L&D, talent development, or HR business partnering, preferably in a regional or multi-BU role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Proven experience as an instructional designer in a corporate setting (preferred).

Skillset required: Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Training and Development, Learning Design, Instructional Technology.
