Private Banking KYC Specialist

We are seeking a KYC Specialist to support our Account Management team in private banking.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Source of Wealth/Funds Corroboration and be able to ensure that onboarding and review requirements align with our bank's AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the relevance and completeness of KYC information, performing due diligence checks and information searches (in partnership with the RM).
- Oversight the end-to-end account opening/review process of client accounts. Communicate efficiently with Compliance and Client Management when necessary.
- Escalate red flags/alerts timely if appropriate and follow up with the RM on client onboarding/client review related matters for escalated/prioritized cases.
- Prepare the required KYC screening list on new/existing clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained from the RM on the client.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in both onboarding and recertification.
- A solid understanding of KYC processes.
- The ability to start work within short notice.
