Supporting Primary School Children in a Nurturing Environment
Clementi Student Care Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher to support the well-being and academic growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and supervision to primary school children, focusing on their developmental needs and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging space for children to learn and thrive.
- Assist with homework, spelling, and other educational activities, while encouraging students to reach their full potential.
- Plan and implement enrichment programs and activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and well-being, ensuring open and transparent relationships.
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the centre premises.
- Perform other duties as delegated by the Centre Head.
- Able to guide primary school subjects (English, Chinese, Math) and possess excellent work ethics and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
