Job Title: IT Infrastructure Expertise Specialist

Job Description:

This is a highly skilled and experienced IT professional role that involves overseeing the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our infrastructure.

You will be interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to gather customer information, determine issues, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Provide Level 2/3 IT support for end-users and infrastructure devices (onsite/remotely)
  • Deploying, managing, and maintaining servers and networks (L3)
  • Troubleshooting network and server devices (Active Directory, GPOs, OUs experiences)
  • Producing reports to clients during onboarding/maintenance
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date client system documentation
  • Providing front-line IT support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and MS Teams
  • Maintaining accurate ticketing processes and asset management tracking records
  • Providing emergency requests/VVIP support/project deployment outside of business hours
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing IT hardware and software
  • Handling hardware and software sourcing/purchasing/liasing
  • Writing and updating technical documentation for end-users and the IT team
  • Assisting in projects/audits/onboarding-based tasks given by the IT team

  • Powershell/CMD Line Scripting
  • Deployment knowledge (SCCM/Intune/Custom Imagings/Software Centers)

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10, MS Office, Windows Server (ADFS/LDAP/WSUS) in a business environment
