Senior Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Connect Energy. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and execute quality assurance and control surveillance and inspection to ensure compliance with project contracts, specifications, and codes and standards requirements.
- Identify potential non-conformance and opportunities for improvement, issuance of Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and follow-up for closeout.
- General surveillance, verification, and inspection/testing of AUT/NDT related activities before, during, and after the fabrication, production, construction, and installation of works.
- Witness and verify the correctness of NDT testing procedures, execution, and results evaluation according to ITP, procedures, codes, standards, and specifications requirements.
- Surveillance and verification of AUT/NDT apparatus calibration and validity.
- Ensure quality deliverables fit together with site work execution dates for all construction activities.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in quality assurance surveillance and NDT testing related aspects.
- Possess ISO9712 / PCN / ACCP / ASNT NDT Level 2 in PAUT, UT, and RT PCN 3.4, CSWIP 3.2.2, or equivalent.
- Possess other NDT qualifications in MT, PT, and Welding inspection related qualifications in ISO9712 / CSWIP 3.1.1, CWI, or equivalent related experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in carrying out quality assurance audit/surveillance inspections.
- Ability to verify the implementation of method statements, procedures, and inspection and testing plans (ITP) requirements.
