Part-time Service Crew Job Description

This role involves working as a part-time service crew member in a dynamic and fast-paced food stall environment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and perform various kitchen tasks such as plating food, cooking, and preparing ingredients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with customers and colleagues on a daily basis, interacting in a team environment. As a key team player, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality control in the kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day operations according to standard procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and serve food to customers
  • Cook and mix rice dishes
  • Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
  • Stock-taking and inventory management
  • Replenish required ingredients
  • Clean and maintain all used kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen and dining areas
