Senior IT Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Systems and Network Engineering, with a proven track record of providing on-site support to clients, managing and resolving daily raised tickets, and troubleshooting problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Printers.

The successful candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft Operating System platform, including Microsoft Exchange support, and have excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Network/Security administration and configuration (CCNA/CCNP/MCSE preferred).

They will also have experience in implementation and design for VMWare, Hyper-V environment, and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.

The selected candidate will be a good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills, and will have a relentless attitude, taking responsibility and ownership of customer problems from start to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site Systems and Network support to clients
  • Manage and resolve daily raised tickets
  • Troubleshoot problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Printers
  • Implement and design VMWare, Hyper-V environment
  • Provide daily service reports at the client's site
  • Update Systems and Network Audit documentation
  • Recommend network infrastructure upgrades or tech refresh

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT/Communications/Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Good experience/knowledge in Active Directory, Network/Security administration and configuration (CCNA/CCNP/MCSE preferred)
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Operating System platform, including Microsoft Exchange support
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
  • Relentless attitude, taking responsibility and ownership of customer problems
