The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems to support our mobile games and business operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of back-end systems with front-end platforms and databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, ensuring high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Python, and PHP, with Java or Golang experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with common Internet technologies including Linux systems, MySQL, RPC, MQ, caching technologies, and microservice architectures.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying and solving technical challenges, and driving solutions within the team.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
