About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Science educator to join our team at MINDACE ACADEMY PTE. LTD.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Science subjects and be able to teach primary and secondary level students effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Plan engaging activities, worksheets, and lessons to develop student interest and classroom engagement for learning enjoyment.
- Mentorship and Feedback: Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and foster a lifelong love of Science learning.
- Materials Preparation and Student Assessment: Prepare teaching materials and mark student assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in teacher meetings, communicate effectively with parents, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mathematics or Science-related Field: Possess a degree in Mathematics or a Science-related field from a reputable institution.
- MOE Syllabus Familiarity: Be familiar with the MOE Primary/Secondary School Science syllabus and adapt lesson plans accordingly.
- Teaching Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Science teaching in tuition centers, schools, or classroom settings.
- Availability and Flexibility: Be willing to work on weekends and adapt to changing circumstances.
