We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will also conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies, using insights to enhance marketing campaigns and drive results.

You will stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, particularly in social media, and identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement. Your role will involve developing engaging and relevant content for each platform's audience, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and style.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
  2. Conducting market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  3. Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to track and report on campaign performance, delivering regular reports and insights to stakeholders to showcase progress and identify areas for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms. You will also require excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketer, with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, their advertising features, and best practices for each channel.
  • Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
