We envision creating a better future through collaborative efforts in learning, training, and simulation. The Instructor Operating Station (IOS) is at the forefront of this endeavor, serving as the primary interface for Flight Instructors and Operators to manage planning, control the training environment, observe, and instruct pilot trainees within a simulator system.

In this role, you will join our IOS team members in co-building solutions that contribute significantly to the state-of-the-art Air Simulator project's delivery to end users. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration with various simulator subsystem components, including communication systems, networking, bots, and more.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate closely with other simulator subsystem teams to guarantee proper integration with diverse simulator subsystem components.
  2. Generate high-quality engineering documentation within the team to document requirements, design, and test areas to be developed.
  3. Travel overseas for training, meetings, or deployment as needed.
Qualities We Value
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • A willingness to learn a wide array of network and virtualization technology and related areas.
  • Independent learning skills and being a team player to fit into the team's culture; company-sponsored training will be provided.
  • Comfort in engaging and communicating with end users; interacting with customers is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technology is a plus.
