Sales Director Role

The Sales Director will lead the go-to-market strategy for Visa's Intelligence and Data Solutions across Southeast Asia, driving pipeline growth and delivering revenue from data and AI capabilities.

  • Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities across Southeast Asia
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, cultivate senior decision maker relationships, and partner with internal stakeholders to shape Visa's leadership in data commercialization
  • Negotiate complex agreements, including revenue commitment, volume rebates, and hybrid pricing models
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree
  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in data commercialization, analytics, or SaaS-driven solutions, with a strong record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to translate data capabilities into actionable business impact for clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to different audiences and client situations
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and managing senior client relationships
  • Experience in or selling to marketing agencies, adtech/martech platforms, other data-driven organizations in Southeast Asia
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
