Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Director to lead and manage a portfolio of accounting clients at RECRUIT AVENUE PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in accounting frameworks and financial reporting. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, timely billing, and strong client relationships to achieve client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of accounting clients and act as the main point of contact.
  • Ensure quality service delivery, timely billing, and strong client relationships to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and organize work effectively, providing leadership and guidance to staff to meet service expectations and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounting frameworks and financial reporting, especially as regulated by ACRA.
  • Understand client operations and business goals to provide relevant advice and services.
  • Review/prepare management accounts, corporate tax computations, payroll reports, GST reports, and ensure accuracy before submission to clients.
  • Offer consultancy on accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL for clients with zero errors.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero preferred, at least 1 year).
  • Resourceful and experienced with various productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing work environments and contribute to process improvements.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
