  • Optimize Content for Digital Platforms: Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Craft compelling narratives through 2D or 3D motion graphics to captivate audiences across social media platforms.

Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in Design: Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in Digital Design: At least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background.
  • Proven Motion Design Experience: Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
  • Industry-Standard Design Software: Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Figma Knowledge: Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience in Creating Digital Content: Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Experience or knowledge of the latest AI tools.
  • 3D Motion Graphics Knowledge: Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is advantageous.
  • Fintech, Crypto, and NFT Space Knowledge: Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is definitely advantageous.
