Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing efforts for company products across all customer segments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote new products to customers.
- Maintain and enhance sales and profit targets.
- Nurture strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
- Prepare quotations, orders, and invoices while coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and queries, ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Manage cash and cheque collections from company drivers.
- Collect payments from customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files, providing support to the accounting department by handling daily general accounting tasks and chasing payments.
- Oversee accounts receivable, prepare Statements of Account (SOA), and manage rebates.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory tracking in the system, including imports, exports, and internal transfers of goods, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Assist the supervisor in daily operational processes, monthly sales reports, and maintaining price data.
- Perform filing and administrative duties as required.
- Take on additional assignments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with expertise in Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
- Proven administration and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with data entry, procurement, and accounting practices.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
