Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client-centric care.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients, prioritizing their needs and conditions. They will work closely with healthcare teams to assess, monitor, and evaluate client conditions, implementing effective care plans as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client-centric nursing care, prioritizing clients' needs and conditions.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate clients' conditions to implement effective care plans.
  • Perform clinical procedures as required, such as NGT insertion and catheterization.
  • Observe and assess clients' health, monitor vitals, and reactions to treatment and medications, identifying changes in behavior and condition.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Clinical experience in eldercare is an advantage
  • Ability to travel to other sites or centers to support when required
