Job Summary:

We are seeking a Repair Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and repair support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers to the store
  • Assess the repair needs of customer items and provide transparent quotes
  • Liaise with the in-house repair team to ensure timely and quality repairs
  • Provide updates to customers on the status of their repair requests
  • Handle cash and card payments for repair services
  • Maintain a clean and organised retail space
  • Support the wider retail team as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the footwear industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess repair needs
  • Basic numerical skills for handling payments
  • A passion for fashion and footwear
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
