About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Seagate. As a key member of our Corporate Accounting and Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth and shareholder value through effective business partnering, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth analysis and calculation of sales programs and customer rebates, ensuring timely and accurate program calculation and credit issuance.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including WW Finance Teams, Pricing team, Data Management group, and Regional Data Steward.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and prompt payment of programs, resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in company policies and procedures, applying them to resolve complex issues and improve sales programs.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve program disputes and participate in Finance Sales Programs special projects.
  • Implement and execute internal controls, performance metrics, and compliance testing to ensure the integrity of our financial systems.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of detail and accuracy, with a strong analytical mindset and technical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines, with flexibility to work in multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an MNC organization.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, with experience in Knime, Alteryx, or Python programming a plus.
