Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. as a Production Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ATE test programs for new products, ensuring high-quality production test solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain loadboards and wafersort probecards, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing equipment.
  • Perform characterization testing, create test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Solid programming experience in C++/VB languages, scripting, and digital/mixed-signal programming for ATE systems.
  • Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots, product test log maintenance, product data statistical process, and characterization data process.
  • Conduct hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improve test solutions (hardware and software) to optimize production efficiency.
  • Establish cost-effective production test solutions, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Develop and maintain team technical competency, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
  • Build product test plans, schedules, resources requirements, and project tracking and execution to deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • Review and approve product test program releases, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain and improve the product test process, continuously evaluating and refining processes for optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), with a strong foundation in electronic circuits, microcontrollers, and programming principles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ATE test program development, preferably with C++ and/or VB programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience in test HW development, including loadboard and probecard design.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes (fab, packaging, test), with knowledge of industry-standard equipment and tools.
  • Experience with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming, Chroma, and other mainstream testers is highly desirable.
  • Project management skills, people management, and leadership experience to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • PREFERRED: Knowledge of AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.
