About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced educator to make a difference in the lives of preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education and excellent communication skills. As a team player, you will work closely with other educators to develop and implement centre programs, initiatives, and events.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute educational activities according to the curriculum and teaching pedagogy approach of the centre.
• Foster a love for learning in children while helping them achieve their learning milestones.
• Regularly update parents on the child's progress and share educational techniques to support their development.
• Ensure learning corners are set up every term and the classroom is safe and conducive for learning.
• Implement class rules and teach children values to promote teamwork and social emotional development.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education – L1/L2.
• GCE 'O' Level credit in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about equipping and inspiring young lives.
• A team player with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of preschoolers.
Benefits
- Competitive salary: SGD 35,000 - 45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
