Production Coordinator

As a key member of the production team, you will play a vital role in bringing our productions to life.
Pre-production planning is crucial to our success. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with directors, designers, and other production teams to ensure a deep understanding of their vision and technical requirements.
The rehearsal process is another critical aspect of your role, where you will oversee and organize rehearsals to guarantee the cast and crew are on schedule and all blocking and cues are accurately noted.
Throughout the production, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records, including scripts, blocking, cues, and technical notes. This demands exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
In addition, you will serve as a liaison between the director, cast, crew, and production teams to facilitate smooth operations. This may involve communicating with various departments, such as lighting, sound, and set design, to ensure seamless coordination.
Scheduling coordination is also a critical responsibility, involving the creation and distribution of rehearsal schedules, tech rehearsal plans, and performance call times. Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation of sets and props, ensuring they meet the director's vision.
Finally, you will be accountable for monitoring the safety of the cast and crew, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and addressing any hazards that may arise. This requires a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to safety.
