Job Description:

We are looking for a Cloud Middleware Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with middleware technologies and platforms, as well as cloud services.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expert support for managed workloads, including analyzing and resolving incidents, problems, and service requests.
  • They will also partner with development, project, and business teams to understand requirements and technical specifications to participate in project deliverables activities.
  • Another key responsibility will be driving continuous improvements for the production environment through automation or manual work and performance hygiene.
  • The Cloud Middleware Specialist will also engage in several DevOps disciplines, namely CI/CD, Continuous Test, Continuous Monitoring, and Continuous Compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in middleware technologies and cloud services.
  • Experience with Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka, and container platforms such as Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management framework and related processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical skills.
