Job Description:

We are seeking a Chief Growth Strategist to lead our business development efforts in the satellite and space markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and connections within the industry, as well as a proven track record of successful business development and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the satellite and space markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with satellite operators, space agencies, governments, and industry leaders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certification in business development or sales (e.g., CBDO, CSO)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the space and satellite industry
  • Strong network and connections within the industry
  • Proven track record of successful business development and deal closure
  • Experience working with government agencies, space agencies, or international organizations
  • Familiarity with satellite communications, Earth observation, navigation, or space exploration
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and bonuses based on performance.
