We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to spearhead the post-training of large language models (LLMs). This role involves advancing cutting-edge algorithms for data mining, machine learning, and language applications.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in developing large-scale training data, including processes for cleaning, labelling, augmentation, and generation of domain-specific datasets. They will be proficient in end-to-end deployment of applications driven by large models, covering development, testing, and launch phases.

Key responsibilities include implementing post-training and optimization tasks for LLMs, handling domain-specific data processes, designing and developing systems that integrate reasoning, multi-modal processing, multi-lingual modelling, and AI agent behaviour, and deploying LLM-based applications in different scenarios.

The successful candidate will possess expertise with Python programming along with competency in widely-used deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Strong communication skills are essential, as they will articulate technical achievements and collaborate with global teams.
