Job Overview

S.H. STAINLESS STEEL CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise contractors for M&E preventive maintenance works such as Air compressor/Fire protection system/Air Con/Ejector pump, etc.
  • Coordinate building services works including cleaning/landscaping/waste management, renovation, etc.
  • Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance tasks such as replacing light tubes/fittings, installing power points, etc.
  • Conduct daily routine inspections for building/M&E facilities works.
  • Record meter readings to monitor electricity/water consumption.
  • Ensure contractors comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
  • Process purchase requests for works and perform acceptance checks on completed work.
  • Respond to emergency calls, including after-hours incidents such as power failures/fire incidents, etc.
