Job Title:
Commercial Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:
• Perform Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for investment cases to assess their feasibility and potential returns.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive commercial risk models to identify potential pitfalls and opportunities in new and renegotiated contracts.
• Establish business cases for each asset, from inception to decommissioning, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular commercial reappraisals of completed projects to gauge their performance and inform future decision-making.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers to provide data-driven insights and recommendations on contract renegotiations, variation orders, and bonus/penalty agreements.
• Facilitate communication between the commercial team and finance department to coordinate capitalization of additional investments and manage depreciation profiles for existing assets.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in commercial analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including NPV, IRR, and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
