As an Assistant Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and availability of complex diagnostic and therapeutic biomedical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform specialized technical tasks, including commissioning, maintenance, calibration, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing biomedical equipment to ensure maximum equipment availability for patient care.
  • Monitor the work of service contractors to ensure timely and appropriate completion in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department's operations, including secretariat support during meetings and participation in ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
