Recreational Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Recreational Program Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children in a fun and educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and implement recreational programs for children, including games, arts, and crafts.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and security of all children participating in programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing children's activities and events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in recreation, child development, or related field preferred.
