Accounting Assistant Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in accounting, strong mathematical skills, and excellent organizational abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing expense reports, processing reimbursements, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases and check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records and issue invoices to customers and external partners

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
