We are seeking a skilled Project Specialist to join our team at the Central Provident Fund Board. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping over 4 million members save for their retirement, healthcare, and housing needs.

Responsibilities
  • You will spearhead initiatives to optimize customer service experiences and operational efficiency.
  • You will plan, conceptualize, and develop comprehensive strategies for counter and call appointment services to elevate customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
  • You will conduct research, benchmarking, and comparative studies to remain at the forefront of digital and technological advancements in counter service.
  • You will identify opportunities for enhancing customer delight and recommend their implementation within the organization.
  • You will gather and analyze customer insights, identifying trending topics, and pinpointing service gaps and policy issues.
  • You will develop actionable recommendations to address these concerns and improve overall service delivery.
  • You will oversee and maintain operational systems utilized by the service centers, ensuring their smooth functioning and optimization.

Requirements
  • You should have prior experience in project management, particularly in service operations or customer service settings.
  • You should be familiar with a wide range of statistical and process improvement tools to solve problems and mine data for business insights.
  • You should have good analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • You should possess good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • You should have strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

What You Can Expect
