Your primary objective is to ensure that the minimum number of participants required for each class is met, and with your best efforts, maximize the number of students who can be accommodated in a classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify, recruit, and retain customers until they complete their program and achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Recommend suitable products and services to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately record and process registration and payment transactions.
  • Liaise with the customer relations department regarding any customer feedback or issues.
  • Attend campaign briefings, training sessions, and weekly sales meetings.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
  • Report daily sales figures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance revenue growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE O levels and above.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
