The Job
We are looking for a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care services for patients with cardio-respiratory diseases. Your duties will include managing patients on mechanical ventilators, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and assisting in endotracheal intubation and bronchoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing respiratory care services to patients with cardio-pulmonary disorders
- Managing patients on mechanical ventilators
- Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Assisting in endotracheal intubation and bronchoscopy procedures

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Degree in Respiratory Therapy and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential, as you will work closely with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care. Additionally, you should be passionate about building a healthcare career and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will work closely with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care. You will participate in ward rounds to review and discuss appropriate respiratory therapy for patients and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. You will also provide guidance to trainees and students.
