Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Property Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily building repair works, implement preventive and corrective programs, and manage faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions.
- Manage security and safety matters, including fault reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Log requests, queries, feedback, and complaints in our facilities management system and escalate issues to relevant parties.
- Assist with space management, including locker allocation, new occupancy updates, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support, including generating reports, filing, and indexing service reports and log sheets.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning.
- Certificate in Fire Safety Manager Course by the Civil Defense Academy or equivalent (preferred).
