Manufacturing Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Sales Expert to drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships in the industry.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or portal, ensuring timely and professional communication and building trust.
  • Manage customer product Bill of Material (BOM), drawings, specifications, and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop sales quotes, proposals, and tender documents during the request-for-quotation (RFQ) stage, verifying compliance with specifications before submission.
  • Calculate costs for materials, machining, cladding, and other related expenses for quotes, aiming to maintain a healthy profit margin.
  • Secure orders from clients through follow-up and negotiation, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
  • Oversee active sales orders and delivery schedules, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal departments.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential. Knowledge or interest in oilfield components and equipment is a plus.
