Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Lead

Job Description:

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills to drive the development of enterprise architecture standards and practices. The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing the application of technology, standards, and practices in R&D as well as delivery projects.

The individual will work closely with senior technical leaders and project teams to drive standardization and efficiency of technology and practices. This includes adopting development methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, and incorporating security practices into DevOps or workflows to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities include reviewing defined practices and their implementation, monitoring, and metrics (efficiency). Additionally, the role involves involvement in development projects related to architecture and/or practices, providing technical team leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in security solution development
  • Experience in mission-critical IT systems
  • Understanding of emerging technologies for cloud-based security solution development
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, AI, cloud services, DevOps tools, etc.
  • Familiarity with government standards and preferences
  • Familiarity with security threats and vulnerabilities and security mitigation controls
  • Familiarity with best practices and methodologies in enterprise architecture development
