Job Title:

We are seeking a diligent and versatile laboratory support professional to join our team in the science department. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to sustainability, laboratory management, and customer service.


About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the science laboratory and its equipment. This includes ensuring that all areas are well-organized, tidy, and free from hazards. They will also assist teachers in the preparation of science resources, science practical performance tasks, and environmental sustainability projects. Additionally, they will help maintain other special rooms such as the art room during school holidays and perform any other duties assigned by the science department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the science laboratory and its equipment.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have experience with laboratory management and inventory control. Sustainability, ingredients, teaching, housekeeping, inventory, procurement, and laboratory management are essential skills for this position. Hydroponics knowledge is an added advantage.
