  • Support the Payments Heads in analyzing market and competitor trends to identify wallet share and product positioning opportunities.
  • Manage the life-cycle of Treasury Products with focus on payments, receivables and liquidity optimization solutions.
  • Lead/co-lead the development of new products, risk assessment and client solutioning along with regional Product teams and partners from Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Implementation, Controls, Legal and Compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to partners by providing subject matter expertise, resolving service issues and designing bespoke product asks.
  • Where appropriate, represent the bank in industry working groups and events.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations, internal policies and frameworks, and industry changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of banking experience in Cash Management Product.
  • Strong understanding of cash management trends, technology evolvement and industry changes.
  • Demonstrated independence and self-starter qualities with a client-first mindset.
  • Proven track record in translating product vision into design requirements and ultimate execution of product/ solutions along with successful go-to market launch.
  • Demonstrated leadership or project management experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Operations and Technology.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency or familiarity in RPA, Agile project and Data Visualization tools would be an added bonus.
